Hello everyone , I introduce myself , I'm “Ivano Maero” man of the cheese , or the king of cheese , as someone dares to call me - too much grace - even himself, a little ' truth is .... I made the cheese my passion , my life , my work , now no longer makes the difference from where I started, now the origins are far and still many things to learn .
  Of “my” cheese I take care of them personally , sometimes I feel well to talk to him ... but do not tell it all around ... it all starts from the manufacturer, sometimes unknown , sometimes niche , sometimes I even climbed the mountain pastures to meet new realities , and when I find the right product it home and season carefully and sparingly, aging is a delicate thing and each cheese has always been a very personal imprint .
With this philosophy have often been selected for the finals of the national competition “ Caseus ” coming in second place, and in 2006 , winning the overall podium . Springboard to represent Italy at the World Cup , “ Intenational Caseus Award” in Lyon in January 2007 , aimed at Ceiba Best of the World, taking home the Bronze absolute and the title of World Champion cutting .
